- Je laat studenten ervaren hoe ondernemersvaardigheden het verschil maken in het bedrijfsleven.

Dit ga je doen als docent ondernemersvaardigheden
- Je verzorgt beroepsgerichte lessen voor de opleiding Ondernemer Handel aan mbo-studenten, voornamelijk niveau 4 bol. Dit zijn o.a. lessen ondernemersplan, financiën en marketing.
- Je leert studenten ondernemende vaardigheden die aansluiten op de praktijk.
- You motivate students by connecting with their everyday lives and future professions.
- You guide and coach students during their studies and contribute to contemporary education.
Als docent ondernemersvaardigheden werk je binnen het team Retail en Ondernemen. Het team Retail en Ondernemen van Summa leidt mbo-studenten via bol- en bbl- trajecten op tot ondernemer in de handel en beroepskrachten in de retail. Je werkt samen met een team van 22 collega’s en rapporteert aan de teamleider.
