We train professionals and innovators and contribute to personal growth and societal progress in the Brainport region. In a world that is constantly changing, we remain agile and collaborate with partners in the Eindhoven region on societal challenges.

You will find yourself in a dynamic environment where everyone can be themselves and where we work together on future-oriented education and the development of students and course participants. We believe that development continues throughout life, for our students, course participants, and for you. That is why we give you the space and trust to grow, take initiative, and excel.

Working at Summa. Home base for talent discoverers.

Your impact as an Advisor

  • You strengthen the organization by acting as a senior advisor and sparring partner, providing direction on educational issues in line with our Summa2030 strategy.
  • You create impact by proactively identifying opportunities and risks and providing clear and well-considered advice on them.
  • You enable change by supporting education teams during the educational transition and by strengthening collaboration between education and support services such as IT, HR, and student services.

This is what you will do as an Advisor

  • You will get to work on our extensive challenge to transform our education into future-proof, personalized education where students can develop their talents. To this end, you will be part of the Summa Flex program team.
  • You design frameworks and tools, and contribute from an educational perspective to the structuring of the application landscape that enables the flexibilization of education.
  • You translate educational developments and organizational objectives into clear and actionable policy for educational practice.
  • You design and deliver professional development activities on themes related to the design of flexible education.
  • You work with our teaching teams and proactively advise and support them in the design and implementation of flexible education.
  • You connect the various colleagues from schools and thereby create a learning network.

As an O&K advisor, you carry out your duties within the Education & Quality team. Within the team, you collaborate directly with our other education advisors, the completion and closing advisors, and the education quality advisors. Within Summa, you maintain close contact with team leaders, teaching teams, development teachers, and colleagues from services. Your focus is also directed toward relevant external parties. Our service delivery is characterized by partnership and an integrated approach.

This is what we offer you

Working in the Brainport region means working in a dynamic and innovative environment with societal impact. In this role, you will have the space to take the lead, make a visible difference, and further develop yourself. We offer:

This is what we expect from you

  • You have demonstrable experience with change processes in vocational education and understand their impact on teaching teams. Designing new education through co-creation comes naturally to you.
  • You are organizationally sensitive and a fully-fledged, constructively critical discussion partner for line management, capable of handling conflicting interests and agilely navigating through multiple layers.
  • You are conceptually strong, have a keen grasp of complex issues, and dare to offer constructively critical advice on them.
