Your impact as a Content Marketer / Creator

  • You ensure that future students, course participants, and employers get to know Summa's study programs, courses, and stories.
  • You translate goals and issues into content that resonates with different target audiences.
  • You contribute to a strong and recognizable brand that is visible in the region and beyond.

This is what you will do as a Content Marketer / Creator

  • You develop content strategies and creative concepts based on marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • You create content for various channels, such as video, photography, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
  • You advise colleagues on the use of content for communication and recruitment issues.
  • You translate ideas and plans into concrete content calendars and productions.
  • You analyze the results of content and campaigns and use these insights to improve content.
  • You work with AI tools and other new developments to make content smarter and more effective.
  • You monitor the progress of projects and coordinate with involved colleagues and external parties.

As a Content Marketer / Creator, you will carry out your duties within the Marketing & Communications department. The team consists of approximately 30 marketing and communications professionals with diverse expertise. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, social advertising specialists, school business partners, and colleagues from other departments. You report to the Team Leader Marketing & Communications.

  • A salary in accordance with the MBO collective labor agreement, scale 9, between €3.344 and €4.948 gross per month based on full-time employment.
  • A fixed-term contract of one year, with the intention of renewal.
  • Year-end bonus of 8,33%, 30 vacation days per calendar year based on full-time employment, ABP pension fund, a laptop and phone on loan.
  • Develop yourself through training, education, or the annual development festival.

This is what we expect from you

  • You have experience as a content marketer, content creator, or in a similar role.
  • You can develop content strategies and translate them into concrete content and campaigns.
  • You have experience with video, photography, content creation, and related software, such as Adobe programs.
  • You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You use data and insights to improve content and campaigns.
  • You have knowledge of AI and current developments within marketing and communication.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
  • You are an open, flexible, and connecting force towards colleagues, soft on relationships and firm on substance. You feel at home in an environment where collaboration, development, and humanity are central.
