Your impact as a student administration employee
- You maintain reliable and meticulous student records, so that students and colleagues can rely on accurate data.
- You are an accessible point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and training companies, and provide a professional, customer-oriented service.
- With your accuracy and proactive attitude, you contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes and optimal support for education.
This is what you will do as a student administration employee.
- You process administrative student data regarding intake and study program carefully and in a timely manner.
- You are the point of contact by phone and online for students, parents, colleagues, and training companies.
- You answer questions and ensure a fast and customer-oriented handling.
- You provide support with secretarial, logistical, and organizational tasks as needed.
- You work according to established processes, systems, and laws and regulations, and actively contribute to efficient service delivery.
You will be working within the Student Administration, part of the Education & Student Services department. The department is spread across multiple locations and consists of approximately 35 FTEs led by a team leader. For our Sterrenlaan location, we are seeking a colleague for temporary replacement due to illness for the period from September 2026 through December 2026.

- A salary in accordance with the MBO collective labor agreement, scale 5, between €2.466 and €3.431 gross per month for full-time employment).
- A year-end bonus of 8,33%, 30 vacation days per calendar year based on full-time employment, participation in the ABP pension fund, a laptop and phone on loan, and ample opportunities for further development.

- You can work in a focused manner in an open-plan office and independently from home.
