Your impact as a Training Advisor
- You help organizations with the development of their (future) employees.
- You connect education, business, and societal partners.
- You contribute to future-proof education in the Brainport region.
This is what you will do as a Training Advisor
- You advise organizations on training issues and appropriate learning solutions.
- You represent Summa as a partner for post-initial education, courses, and customized training.
- You identify opportunities in the market, maintain relationships, and actively build new collaborations.
- You translate client inquiries into concrete training proposals and learning pathways.
- You prepare quotations, utilize subsidy opportunities, and monitor the progress of projects.
- You work closely with colleagues from LLO to successfully carry out training programs.
- You contribute to achieving the team's sales and revenue targets.
- You follow developments within healthcare and translate these into new training opportunities.
As a Training Advisor, you work within Summa Zorg, Welzijn & Sport together with colleagues from the education teams, internal staff, and fellow Training Advisors. You report to the team manager.

- A salary in accordance with the MBO collective labour agreement in scale 11, between €4.226 and €6.210 gross per month based on a full-time appointment.
- A year-end bonus of 8,33%, 30 vacation days per calendar year based on full-time employment, ABP pension, a laptop and phone on loan, and excellent secondary employment conditions.

- You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- You have an affinity with education, lifelong learning, and care.
- You have a commercial and advisory mindset and know how to build lasting relationships.
- You translate customer inquiries into suitable learning solutions.
- You work on a project basis and have experience with quotations, subsidies, and acquisition.
- You are organizationally sensitive, entrepreneurial, and a true connector.
- You follow developments within your field and see opportunities for new training activities.
- You communicate excellently in Dutch and can also manage well in English.
- You work both independently and together with colleagues on shared results.
