Your impact as a Strategic Advisor
- Direct influence on Summa's strategic direction and decision-making at board level.

This is what you will do as a Strategic Advisor
- Advising the Executive Board on strategy and policy development.
- Developing multi-year strategic programs and policy proposals.
- Guiding strategic change and innovation processes and implementing them.
- Connecting internal departments and external (commercial) partners.
- Ensuring support and implementation at executive and board levels.
You work as a Strategic Advisor during office hours within the Executive Board Office and liaise daily with the Executive Board, management, and external partners.

- Salary according to MBO collective labor agreement, scale 12 (€4.817 – €7.020 gross per month) based on full-time employment, knowledge, and experience.
- Fixed-term contract with the intention of extension.

- University-level working and thinking skills with strong strategic and analytical abilities.
- At least 5 years of experience advising at the executive level regarding strategy, policy, or program management.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to exert influence.
- Affinity with societal issues (education, government, or consultancy).
- When the situation calls for it, you show decisiveness and demonstrate a true hands-on mentality.
