Care & Welfare certificate carousel

Our certificate carousel offers you the flexible opportunity to earn a vocational certificate in healthcare and social work. In a continuous group of up to 14 students, you can choose from various vocational courses, including certifiable units, learning units, and electives.

This way, you have the opportunity to start at various times, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

Our certificate carousel operates on a subscription basis. Depending on the MBO certificate you choose, you'll start with a 5-, 10-, or 15-week program. The subscription can then be extended in 5-week increments. During your subscription, you'll attend classes at Summa one half-day per week. You'll also complete practical assignments and ultimately take the corresponding practical exam. Throughout your learning program, you'll be fully prepared to successfully obtain your MBO certificate. The cost of the program is €760 per 5 weeks (VAT-free, excluding course materials).

Our certificate carousel is suitable for people who (want to) work in the Healthcare & Welfare sector. This includes career changers and those returning to the profession. The certificates are also interesting for those already working in the sector who want to deepen their knowledge, specialize, and advance their careers. We prepare for recognized vocational (MBO) certificates that are registered with the Education Executive Agency (DUO), just like a diploma.

We do not offer any Dutch language support during this training. To be able to participate in this training, we expect you to have a good understanding and use of Dutch.

Wellbeing Certificate Carousel – class sessions on Wednesdays from 9.00:13.15 AM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM

• Assisting with activities in healthcare and welfare (C0160)
• Support with housing and nutrition (C0164)
• Providing support for the social care process (C0108)
• Support and guidance in social care (C0101)
• Coordinating and organizing in social care (C0094)
• Organizing and guiding in social care (C0103)
• Support for participation, housing and household in social care (C0100)
• Ensuring professionalization and quality in social care (C0092)

CAUTION: Classes will be scheduled as indicated above. If there are many registrations, an additional class group may be formed. In that case, classes will take place in the afternoon. The welcome letter will tell you which class time applies to you.

There are no classes during regular vocational education (mbo) holidays and on public holidays.
