Giving and receiving feedback in a business context

In this training, you will learn how to use feedback in your work in a clear, respectful, and non-judgmental way. You will gain insight into different forms of feedback and their effect on collaboration.

You practice giving and receiving feedback, even in situations involving resistance or emotions. Using relatable real-life examples, you work on conversations that truly help you and your colleagues move forward. In doing so, you grow in confidence and contribute to better collaboration.
