Event producer (bbl)

Turn your ambition into a genuine audience experience.

Do you want to bring large events to life and be responsible for the production of festivals and shows? In the Event Producer program, you will learn how to transform concepts into a real experience that people will talk about for a long time.

Setting up an event from idea to execution: you ensure that everything runs perfectly behind the scenes. In this dynamic program, you develop the perfect combination of event management, project management, and creativity to make an impact in the live industry.

You organize events from A to Z. This starts with the basics: you devise creative concepts and develop them into actual events (event concept & creation). Next, the event producer arranges and structures everything. You learn to plan, organize, and maintain an overview through tight event planning. Whether it involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and teams, or working with artists, brands, and venues, you are the central hub. You manage teams during major productions and ensure that everything is on time, safe, and tightly organized. Additionally, you think commercially about event marketing, social media marketing, and targeted event promotion & campaigns to sell out your festival or show.

Organizing events also involves a business side. You will develop commercial skills and work with budgets, quotations and financial plans, sponsorship & partnerships, and the basic principles of entrepreneurship. Because a flawless experience for the visitor is paramount, you will delve into hospitality, crowd control, and the logistical flows of catering on an event site.

You learn by doing. During the program, you work on real projects with clients from the industry and complete internships at event organizations, festivals, or companies. Do you want to work in the world of festivals, sports, and live events? Choose Event Producer and turn your organizational talent into your future!

The Event Producer course was previously called Event Organization Employee.
