You will learn this

During this practical course, you'll learn how to receive, store, and manage medication inventory. You'll also help prepare orders, ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time.

You will develop the following professional skills:

  • Correctly processing medication according to established procedures;
  • Managing inventory, processing orders and checking deliveries;
  • Supporting an efficient flow of medication in the pharmacy.

In addition, attention is paid to:

  • Working with pharmacy information systems;
  • Storage and shelf life of medicines;
  • Communication within the team;
  • Basic knowledge of medicines with regard to associated regulations.
  • You work carefully and safely, always putting patient safety first.
