Electrical installation engineer

In the training, you'll learn to install cables and pipes for systems and install components like switches, lighting, and fire alarms. You'll prepare the work and test it to ensure everything works.

You'll receive extensive practical training from experienced instructors. In the modern environment of Brainport Industries Campus, you'll learn what it takes to become a skilled tradesperson, such as electrical engineering. You'll also learn to work safely and plan effectively, to work in a team, and to manage the expectations of customers, colleagues, and your employer.

With your diploma, you can work for an electrical installation company, an infrastructure company, an alarm and fire alarm system company, an IT/network company, a telecom company, or a home automation company. You can also continue your studies at a level 3 vocational education (MBO) program.
